Educational Requirements for the Position
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Master’s degree in facilities management, student affairs, or higher education leadership strongly preferred. Eight years of progressive professional experience and responsibility in student center management or facilities management required.Demonstrated supervisory experience in a student center, a similar work environment, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and strategically planning fiscal matters is required. Extensive experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing professional employees.
Nature & Purpose of Position
Directs, develops, administers, and supervises all aspects of the Lowman Student Center (LSC) and satellite facilities associated with the goals and operational responsibilities of the facility staff.
