Ball State University welcomes applications for a CRM Communications Manager within the Enrollment Planning and Management division.

Position Function: In collaboration with the Director of Admissions CRM and the Admissions CRM team, support the Office of Admissions by building communications framework using HTML/CSS design elements, creating recipient queries, connecting content block data translations, to aid student recruitment and assist internal business processes; manage multiple projects simultaneously; aid in design and system troubleshooting; participate as a member of the Admissions communications team.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. One to two years of applicable job experience; computer application and system experience. Understanding of HTML/CSS; Exceptionally strong organizational and communication skills; demonstrated ability to multi-task working with deadlines and changing environments; manage multiple projects simultaneously, possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the university’s auto fleet policy.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: Expert understanding of HTML/CSS, websites; experience writing, digital, and web; solid understanding of technology, demonstrating strong knowledge of CRM. Experience with the Admissions CRM (Slate) solution utilized at Ball State University. Experience in a university admissions or technology area.
