The Microsoft 365 and Future of Work team is focused on establishing Microsoft as a thought leader and innovator in the changing world of work – today and for the next decade. This is a leadership position, within the team, responsible for Microsoft 365’s product lineup for small and medium businesses. From familiar apps such as Word and Excel to cloud services like Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams, millions of small and medium businesses around the world rely on Microsoft 365 to power their businesses, and with your help, we can drive the digital transformation of millions more.
We’re looking for a hands-on product marketing leader to drive product innovation and subscriber growth among businesses with 1 to 300 employees. You’ll lead a team that manages product marketing for Microsoft’s SMB-specific offerings across a wide range of product categories, including productivity, collaboration, telephony, device management, and security.

Team leadership: Coach a high performing team to hit commitments and steward thoughtful career planning and development with employees.
Product strategy: Partner with engineering teams to influence product direction, positioning, and roadmap.
Product launches: Announce and incubate new products, coordinating the efforts of diverse teams within the Microsoft 365 marketing organization, including those responsible for PR, web, social, business planning, and partner marketing.
Content creation: Craft product messaging and content that resonates with business and IT audiences; including blog posts, FAQs, screenshots, videos, slides, and demo scripts Customer insight: Understand the needs of small and medium-sized customers and their partners, sharing learnings with teams across Microsoft
