Job Description

Assistant Director of Student Services: Reporting to the Executive Director of Student & PK-12 Services, the Assistant Director of Student Provides program management, coordination, and programmatic assistance for the HACU Student Services department programs to allow them to meet stated goals. Specific responsibilities include coordinating the Adelante Leadership Institute/Student Track, managing the Scholarship Program, coordinating Regional Student Summits, coordinating International Conferences, and assisting the Executive Director of Student & PK-12 Services with the Corporate Internship Program. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as organizational skills to develop and maintain student information, program data, and other related documentation. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent required with two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working at a Hispanic-Serving Institution preferred. Program management experience preferred. Ability to speak and write in Spanish preferred but not required.
