Job Description
STEM Student Success Program Manager: Reporting to the Executive Director of Student & PK-12 Services, the STEM Student Success Program Manager will develop, implement and manage the Dominion Energy: HSI Energizing the Future Program. Other duties include providing support for programs and services that fall under the Department of Student and PK-12 Services, including the Emerging Leaders’ Summits and the ¡Adelante! Leadership Institute as well as assisting the Executive Director and Assistant Director with other duties as assigned. This position is grant funded on a year-to-year basis based on successful continuation of program. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working with high school and/or college students in a college and career readiness capacity, orientation, counseling, advising, retention, or closely related field. Previous experience in grant management and reporting, program evaluation and implementation. Ability to think strategically and interact tactically with diverse student populations in an effective and empowering manner. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent required; two to four years related experience and/or training preferred. Bilingual-English/Spanish Skills a Plus.
