Job Description

DESCRIPTION We are seeking Evaluation Consultants to work with us. Consultants generally work on two to three projects at a time across our broad portfolio of work as well as assist in proposal writing and new business development. Topic areas may include HIV and infectious diseases, women and children’s health, health equity, social determinants of health, substance use disorder, health systems, access to care, health policy, and emergency preparedness. • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders throughout the process in a responsive and respectful manner
  • Present results to various audiences, including at conferences, in webinars, in peer reviewed journals, and in other settings
  • Assist in the development and writing of proposals for new business development
  • Contribute to the growth, expertise, and institutional knowledge related to program evaluation and the professional growth of staff in this area
  • Masters degree with 3-8 years experience in program evaluation or Ph.D with 1-5 years experience in program evaluation
  • Strong foundation in quantitative, qualitative, and/or mixed-method program evaluation methods, and data management
  • Broad understanding of health care, health policy and health equity issues in the United States
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including an ability to translate study findings for an array of audiences
  • Strong interest in working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary, and team environment that emphasizes quality, rigor, critical thinking, objectivity, diversity and inclusion, equity, and professional development
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects with multiple project directors, and work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
  • Experience in facilitating meetings, planning, and processes
