Assistant Teaching Professor of Educational Psychology

The Department of Educational Psychology at Ball State University is looking to hire a full-time non-tenure line Assistant Teaching Professor. This position will involve teaching undergraduate and graduate educational psychology courses. These courses address a variety of topics, including development, assessment, learning, and introductory/intermediate statistics. Our department supports a wide array of programs across campus, including educator preparation programs.

Position Function: Full-time non-tenure line faculty are expected to participate in service activities (e.g., attend core and department faculty meetings, serve on department, college, and university committees, serve as content specialists, etc.). Candidates should be willing to teach on campus at Ball State University as well as online. Teaching load includes 12 credit hours of courses each academic semester.
Minimum Qualifications: Doctoral degree in educational psychology or a related field from an accredited institution by date of appointment.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience teaching Higher Education Law. Experience with matters of higher education law.
