Job Description
The Department of Information Systems and Operations Management at Ball State University has a full-time contract faculty position available August 19, 2022 for the academic year.
Primary responsibilities include teaching twelve semester hours each fall and spring semester in business analytics and logistics and supply chain management undergraduate courses which may be delivered on campus or online, synchronously and asynchronously.

Position Function:
Teaching 12 credit hours each fall and spring semester in the following subjects: business analytics and logistics and supply chain management. Assignments may include undergraduate and graduate courses, which may be delivered on-line, synchronously or asynchronously.
Minimum Qualifications:
Earned a doctorate degree in operations management, logistics and supply chain management, business analytics, industrial engineering, operations research, or closely related areas from an accredited institution by date of appointment.
Employer will consider sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Evidence of scholarly research publications in refereed journals, evidence of effective and innovative teaching at the university level, and experience with on-line teaching.
Teaching or research experience with project management or quality management.
