As an Enterprise Application Specialist, you’ll take a hands-on role in maintaining our Banner ERP and related systems. Your role will also work collaboratively with the campus community to integrate enterprise systems to fit the needs of the university and support their daily operations. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university by date of appointment. Or, in lieu of Bachelor’s degree: 2. Associate’s degree plus an additional combination of education or experience in IT equivalent to two years. Or 3. High school diploma or GED plus an additional combination of education or experience in IT equivalent to four years.
Three years of experience managing enterprise systems including general maintenance, applying patches, and troubleshooting. Experience supporting critical enterprise systems as a primary point of contact. Proven analytical skills to acquire an understanding of business process workflow; strong communication and organizational skills. Must be willing to own responsibility for critical information systems; must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to support scheduled updates, and respond to unplanned outages on a 24 hour-a-day, 365 day-a-year basis.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other IT related field. Five years of experience managing Ellucian ERP Systems and Oracle Databases including general maintenance, applying patches, and troubleshooting. Experience with managing an enterprise environment using both Redhat and Windows operating systems. Experience working with end-users to enhance their utilization of enterprise software systems. Experience with client review to develop process improvements.
The minimum salary for this position is $78,000.00.
