Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; an Associate’s degree and two additional years of experience or four years of additional work experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. At least one year of experience (either full or part-time) in an office and/or professional setting, with some experience in human resources. Excellent customer service skills; Ability to interact and communicate with all levels within the organization; Ability to problem solve and adapt quickly to changing circumstances; Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; excellent oral and written communication skills.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field. Work experience in human resources performing work related to the recruitment function. Experience working in higher education or the public sector.
