Ball State University’s Applied Business Studies welcomes applications for an RPM Program Recruiter. This successful applicant will plan and implement Property Management program information to prospective students and coordinate high school recruitment activities. Work with current BSU Property Management (PMGT) faculty to promote the Property Management program to Indiana High Schools.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by date of appointment. Industry experience in program promotions. Self-motivated with strong desire to advance and build enrollment in Property Management program; digitally savvy; ability to work with an alumni/industry board.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: Industry experience in service industry-sales/marketing background; experience in professional creative use with relevant digital platforms/social media and digital marketing. Evidence of professional activity as evidenced by attendance/involvement in professional organizations and meetings, significant experience and involvement with segments of the Indiana property management sector.
