Ball State University’s International Admissions is seeking a Director of International Admissions. This individual will supervise international admissions staff and lead the university’s international recruitment efforts through the development and implementation of a targeted recruitment strategy and marketing program; oversee international admissions for international students; manage the international student application process and lead admissions activities for international students. Participate in strategic long-range planning, marketing efforts, team building, goal setting, and assessment of office policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree. At least two years of experience in the field of international education; supervisory experience. Excellent communication skills; knowledge of immigration, recruitment, and admissions; ability to provide strategic planning and leadership; personal computer skills. Possess and maintain a valid drivers license and be able to be insurable under the university’s auto fleet policy.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: Work experience in a large public university or college.
