Ball State University’s Department of Management seeks part-time instructors to teach on-campus courses in Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management on an as-needed basis. Primary responsibilities include teaching HR Management courses in the Department of Management in the Miller College of Business. Applicants will be held in ready pool and may not be contacted unless the need arises.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited institution in a related discipline, or an undergraduate degree with significant professional experience in the area of HR.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior teaching experience; work experience in human resource management.
