Ball State University’s Department of Registration and Student Records is accepting applications for a Manager of Operations. This position exists to provide leadership in the Registrar area of Enrollment Management and Planning. The successful incumbent is expected to be a leader in the Registrar area to accurately establish procedures and technology for select university-wide enrollment eligibilities; registration/grade processing; learner record and transcript management for credit and non-credit experiences. This position will supervise, train, reassign, and discipline staff resources to meet university enrollment plans and Registrar service demands across multiple enterprise systems.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree. At least one year of proven management skills related to technology and data management along with strong problem solving skills. Excellent critical thinking and interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy and flexibility; strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks; knowledge that supports a business operation.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: Programming skills with Banner-related products.
