The Department of Architecture at Ball State University seeks applicants for multiple part-time semester contract faculty positions available August 2023.

The courses include either 3 or 6 credit hour courses (studio, and lecture courses) for Architecture students located in Muncie and/or Indianapolis.

Position Function: Teaching either design studio or seminar courses in the degree programs in Architecture.

Minimum Qualifications: An accredited Master of Architecture degree, master degree of specialization within the discipline of Architecture, or Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited institution, or candidate may qualify based on Tested Experience Criteria.

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications: Professional license in Architecture; Master degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited college or university; evidence of quality of design work; evidence of contributions to the profession through professional practice and service; a record of quality teaching experience; evidence of quality scholarship; experience with contemporary design media.
