Job Summary
Incumbent provides administrative support in coordination of day-to-day operations for Departmental Copier Program (DCP).
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Exceptionally organized, excellent communication skills. Proficient in computer operating systems, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, E-mail (Outlook preferred). Experience with automated Financial and HR systems preferred (PeopleSoft preferred).
Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community. Ability to follow all university policies, procedures, and guidelines including but not limited to safety, civility, information security, and non-discrimination policies and procedures. Ability to contribute to a positive university experience for each and every student and assist in achieving the university's commitment to a "vision of excellence."
Education and Experience
Equivalent to four (4) years of administrative support experience required. College degree preferred. Five (5) years of customer service experience preferred.
Licenses / Certificates
CA driver's license required (Incumbents may be required to possess a California Driver's License valid for the operation of any vehicle or equipment they are required to maintain and operate. Employees who are required to operate motorized vehicles and/or use their personal vehicle more than once a month on university business are required to take a mandatory Defensive Driving course and enroll in the DMV Employee Pull Notice (EPN) Program.)

Compensation
Hiring Range: $3,505 - $3,800 per month. Salary placement is determined by the education, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and the hiring department's fiscal resources.
CSU Classification Salary Range: $3,505 - $5,508 per month

Time Base
Full-time temporary position for one (1) year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.
