Job Description
Overview:
The McKeown School of Education's Office of Field Engagement, Supervision & Licensure (FESL) is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and highly responsive individual as the Records and Data Coordinator. This role requires a strong capacity for data management and collaboration, an understanding of the nuances of licensure regulations in the Commonwealth, Salem State programs, as well as the stakeholder experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Education, Information Technology or related field
- One to three years of experience in professional setting working with large datasets and/or records management
- Experience applying technological solutions using software solutions (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters in Higher Education Student Affairs
- Bilingual, English/Spanish languages
- Prior experience in higher education, registrar, or other field
- Strong competency in Microsoft software
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with university student experience

Office activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and interaction with computer equipment; occasional bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 5-10 pounds.
