The Compliance Coordinator performs a variety of administrative and technical duties requiring knowledge of methods and procedures to provide support for many aspects of compliance for an NCAA Division I Athletics program. They work independently to provide oversight of athletics financial aid, and for applying and monitoring policies and procedures to ensure department and university compliance with NCAA and Conference rules and regulations. They are responsible for evaluating department issues for compliance, eligibility, and financial aid within the Athletics Department. This position is also responsible for assisting the Associate Athletic Director in fielding questions and acting as a supervisor to the Compliance Assistant when the Associate Athletic Director is not available.
- Create and oversee an effective rules education program.
- Oversee Athletics Financial Aid.
- Maintain records in ARMS.
- Coordinate the National Letter of Intent (NLI) program.
Knowledge of NCAA policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to use computer software, including spreadsheet applications and database management applications. Ability to deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. Ability to collaborate positively to effectively drive toward organizational goals. Ability to seek and develop relationships that help grow and maintain a working and learning environment where every student, employee and community member is treated with dignity and respect. Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and independence to achieve desired results. Consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances and thrive in fast-paced, high pressure environments. Education and Experience
Equivalent to five years of administrative support experience required. Bachelor's degree and Master's degree preferred. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations preferred.
Administrative Support Coordinator II
The salary range for this classification is $3,681 to $6,034 per month.
Salary placement is determined by the education, experience, and qualifications the candidate brings to the position, internal equity, and the hiring department's fiscal resources.

Full-time temporary position for one year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.
