Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the Administrative Services Manager (ASM), the Financial Management Supervisor provides oversight and support to the ASM in the areas of fiscal and personnel management within the College of Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee college fiscal operations.
- Responsible for college payroll processing and personnel related activities.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to department offices and dean's staff.
- Support the Associate Dean in managing college scholarship, fellowship, and internship programs.
Ability to monitor account activity and experience in Peoplesoft account reconciliation. Skilled at project management and creative in problem resolution. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of university policies and procedures. Good organizational skills. Ability to work without direct supervision. Proficient in using PC software such as Word, Excel, etc.
Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community. Ability to follow all university policies, procedures, and guidelines including but not limited to safety, civility, information security, and non-discrimination policies and procedures. Ability to contribute to a positive university experience for each and every student, and assist in achieving the university's commitment to a "vision of excellence."
Education and Experience
Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience required.

Compensation
The salary range for this classification is $4,170 to $7,545 per month.
