- Provides leadership and management oversight of URD human resources matters and division payroll processes.
- Oversight in administrative clerical support staff.
- Oversight in compensation, employment, and onboarding activities.
- Oversight of employee relations activities. Acts as the primary liaison with Staff HR and URD.
Communicate effectively, develop, and deliver multi-mode communications. Ability to guide others in policy and procedures in support of the URD and the university. Demonstrated ability to interpret collective bargaining agreements and campus and CSU policies and procedures. Experience with processing of personnel/human resources transactions. Education and Experience
Equivalent to a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience required.
Licenses / Certificates
Valid CA driver's license required.
University Relations & Development
The salary range for this position is $68,664 to $102,996 per month, commensurate with experience.
