Job Summary
The University Relations and Development (URD) Fiscal Coordinator performs a variety of fiscal and operational tasks in support division, ensuring campus policies and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Process URD account payables in a timely manner.
- Reconcile expenditure reimbursement forms, Pcard statements, 49R shops invoices, and submit on-line requisitions, ensuring the appropriate chart fields are used and forms (ATI/E&IT) are completed as required with the appropriate back-up.
- Oversee all service agreements, blanket purchase/service orders including processing paperwork to open agreement/orders at the beginning of the fiscal year and disencumbering unused funds at fiscal year close.
- Provide division fiscal support.
- Serve as back up to URD clerical/coordinator team and submit general operating and administrative support task requests, as assigned.
Ability to learn, interpret, and apply a wide variety of university policies and procedures relating to and impacting the organizational unit and/or administrative specialty. Strong organizational and planning skills. Must be able to multi-task. Must have attention to detail. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within and outside the work group and serve as a liaison for the division. Good communication and computer skills.
Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community. Ability to follow all university policies, procedures, and guidelines including but not limited to safety, civility, information security, and non-discrimination policies and procedures. Ability to contribute to a positive university experience for each and every student, and assist in achieving the university's commitment to a "vision of excellence."

Equivalent to five years of administrative support experience required.

Compensation
The salary range for this classification is $3,681 to $6,034 per month.

Time Base
Full-time temporary position for one year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.
