Job Description
The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships is looking for a dynamic leader to manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of scholarships. In collaboration with OFAS leadership, the Senior Scholarship Administrator will work directly with campus partners to develop and implement a strategic plan for awarding scholarships utilizing the Blackbaud Award Management (BAM) system. This position will serve as liaison with the Ball State University Foundation, various academic departments and off-campus organizations.

Position Function: Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of scholarships; work with the OFAS leadership and other stakeholders to develop and implement a strategic plan for awarding donor-funded scholarships; serve as liaison with Foundation and various academic departments and off campus organizations; supervise the development and maintenance of Blackbaud Award Management (BAM).
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s Degree with two years of additional relevant experience. Experience working in a college or university financial aid office or similar setting. Supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree. Proficiency with Blackbaud Award Management system or other scholarship management software. Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Salary range for this position: $55,000 – $65,000.00
