- Fiscal Operations: Manage and track all fiscal transactions, perform budget analysis and coordinate budget reports for college.
- Academic Operations: Assist with preparation of lecturer contracts, lecturer entitlements, faculty overload. Responsible for tracking faculty assigned time process.
- Responsible for hiring Student Assistants.
- Coordinate college timekeeping process and records.
- Special Projects as needed.
Strong analytical skills. Working knowledge of general practices, procedures in college and department offices, special programs. Demonstrated ability to learn, interpret, and apply a wide range of policies and procedures relating to and impacting the College of Business, its departments and programs. Strong organizational skills. Strong computer skills including Windows, Word, MS Office, and databases. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to establishes and maintain good working relationships with faculty, staff, students, and vendors. Ability to work independently using sound judgment, accuracy, and speed. Ability to work effectively and positively in a diverse community. Skill and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, and Access) preferred.

Education and Experience
- Equivalent to five years of administrative support experience required.

The salary range for this classification is $3,440 to $5,639 per month.
