Job Description

Position Function: Provide administrative and managerial leadership to key ERP systems, including Banner (Student), Degree Works, and SmartCatalog; monitor and maintain Banner and DegreeWorks processes pertaining to curriculum management; design and manage projects to ensure the highest level of curriculum data integrity; provide advice, guidance and support to colleges and departments in the area of curriculum revisions through SmartCatalog.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. At least one year of experience with curriculum and curriculum processes. Some experience working with relational databases. Strong interpersonal relationship skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited institution. Several years of experience using Banner and Degree Works; familiarity with academic policy and procedures. Strong communication skills; ability to work independently as well as collaboratively; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary range for this position: $44,000 – $48,000
