CONTRACT PERIOD: 12-month
POSITION AVAILABLE: August 8, 2022
JOB SUMMARY: Teaching online Business and Ag Business related classes.
JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach 27-30 hours fall, spring, and summer online Business Administration and Agribusiness courses.
- Advise year-round, online Business and Agribusiness students.
- Serve on University committees, and promote College of Business and Technology clubs, organization, etc.
- Contribute to and function within the Business Administration department, the Agribusiness department, the College of Business and Technology, the College of Ag, Science and Nursing, and OPSU.
- Assist in program assessment at the departmental level.
- Communicate in a courteous manner.
- Must have a strong work ethic and lead by example.
- Must be a professional, credible and respected representative of the institution internally and in the community.
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to act ethically and socially responsible.
- Must be able to lift more than 20-lb. objects; frequent bending, stooping, and walking.
- Ability to work various hours, including nights and weekends throughout the year for practice, games and recruiting.
- Could be exposed to a variety of weather conditions.
- Other duties as assigned by the Dean of Online Learning or designee.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree in business related field required. Terminal degree preferred.
- Agribusiness experience a plus.
- Eighteen graduate hours in business preferred.
- This can be a remote position.
