Position Function: Grow student participation in mentor programs and increase student engagement with Cardinals Connect platform, provide generalist career and mentor coaching, develop and provide presentations and training programs supporting mentorship, and liaise between the Career Center and the Office of Alumni Engagement.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education. Two years experience working with individuals one on one, engaging with groups and monitoring program results. Demonstrated skill in public speaking, relationship building, use of Microsoft Office products, ability to present to various on-campus groups when those groups meet.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education. Two years of experience in higher education setting such as career services, alumni, academic advising, or admissions. Experience collaborating with faculty or across multiple functions of an organization. Knowledge related to engaging students and alumni in mentor programs.
