Position Function: Provide managerial leadership and operational support for the daily operation of the curriculum management and scheduling functions, monitoring and ensuring compliance with college, university, accreditation, stand and Federal regulations as applicable to academic curriculum and scheduling.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s degree plus two years of related administrative experience. At least one year of experience with scheduling and/or curriculum and curriculum processes. Some experience working with relational databases. Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited institution. Additional years of experience using ERP systems, including Banner, Watermark and 25Live; familiarity with academic policy and procedures. Strong communication skills; ability to work independently as well as collaboratively; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary range for this position: Minimum - $43,000 / Maximum - $45,000
