We are looking for a talented professional to join the Ball State Housing and Residence Life Team. The Information Systems Analyst will support the development, implementation, and continued operations of systems for the department. This position is essential in providing assistance for hardware and software solutions for office computers and technology in our makers spaces. This position is essential in providing technical support and training for a variety of systems including StarRez, Kronos, CBORD, TMA, Banner, and Argos. This person will utilize a framework of equity and inclusion in all aspects of their day-to-day work and support the success of our residential students. Position Function: Provide technical and analytical support for the development, implementation, and continued operations of systems for the Department of HRL. Provide assistance to HRL hardware and software solutions for office computers, support technology equipment in residential makers spaces.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by date of appointment or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of computer or related technical experience. Excellent oral and communication skills.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: More than three years of experience of computer or related technical experience. Experience with CBord, TMA, Banner, or StarRez preferred. Excellent organizational and analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
