Position Function: Coordinate programs and services for students, alumni, and faculty in select academic departments and liaison areas; serve as career curriculum expert to academic and co-curricular units; coordinate career planning and job search programs and activities; provide career coaching services and educational programs for students and alumni through individual appointments and group presentations and discussion; assist with employer development and recruitment activities.

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited institution by date of appointment. Two years of related experience. Demonstrated skills in public speaking, advising, professional writing, program design, project organization and management, time management, and use of Microsoft Office software.

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications: Two years of experience in a higher education setting such as career services, counseling, academic advising, residence life, or admissions. Experience collaborating with faculty, or across multiple functions of an organization. Knowledge of academic programs in assigned liaison area.
