- Assists with the support of the CFS Finance and Data Warehouse systems. This includes production support and related initiatives.
- Analyzes accounting processes in order to document, recommend, develop and implement improved process flows. Provide oversight for updates to PeopleSoft and other system processing manuals and reference guides.
Ability to analyze system/user problems and make effective recommendations for resolving. Strong knowledge of relational database applications technologies, including database management, data-centric application programming and report writing. Ability to coordinate many project tasks, prioritize and set appropriate deadlines to complete all tasks accordingly. The ability to organize complex projects, manage deliverables and produce timely and accurate results is required. Experience in a customer service-oriented operation. Ability to deal with a wide variety of technical issues and skills levels. Ability to provide constructive communication with a variety of staff, managers and coworkers is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills: The ability and desire to work in a flexible, collaborative manner and to provide open feedback to customers, stakeholders, management, and coworkers is required. Experience in providing computer related training, consulting, and Help-Desk support. Experience writing end-user guides and system documentation. Adept at conducting training sessions. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relations with vendors and a wide variety of campus personnel, including faculty, administrators, and staff. Ability to develop effective plans of action to meet the goals of system implementation and expanding functionality and enhancements or projects as assigned.

Education and Experience
Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Educational Technology, Communications, or related technical field and two (2) years of related experience required.
