Position Function: Provide support in the overall accounting functions of the Ball State University Foundation and all supporting and related entities. All aspects of this position require strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail. This role is a vital component of the financial responsibilities of the Foundation; accounting knowledge is a requirement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related area from an accredited institution.
  • Knowledge of/experience with not-for-profit organizations and fund accounting.

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications: At least two years of experience in computer systems, accounting applications and related software, and databases.
