Position Description
Directs, plans, coordinates and supervises the operations and activities of a specialized unit or small department; develops and implements policies and procedures, administers the budget, organizes tasks and sets priorities. Serves as liaison with university personnel and community at large. Works under general supervision with broad latitude for initiative and independent judgement.

Major/Essential Functions

  • Oversight and integration of third-party vendor platforms such Anthology, FundMetric, and GiveCampus used by Annual Giving, Engagement, and Predictive Analytics team.
  • Day to day management of a third party vendor platform, providing service System wide, includes collecting and analyzing component data and behavior and assisting in data-driven decisions to support fundraising and engagement goals across the System.
  • Liaison to Angelo State University (ASU), Midwestern State University (MSU Texas), Texas Tech University (TTU), Texas Tech University Health Sciences (TTUHSC), and Texas Tech University Health Sciences El Paso (TTUHSC EP) in relation to said third party vendor platform.
  • In collaboration with Director, Advancement Analytics and Programming for Institutional Advancement to ensure proper data integrity measures are taken for exchange of data between Advance and third party platforms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to component institutions, assist with troubleshooting problems as they arise, and write email solicitations as needed for third party vendor platform.
  • Supervision and leadership of Section Coordinator position for Annual Giving, Engagement, and Predictive Analytics

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related area required plus five years progressively responsible management experience. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
