The Rutgers Business School (RBS), located in Newark and New Brunswick, NJ, seeks an entrepreneurial, collaborative, team-oriented, and strategic fundraising professional to serve as its next Associate Dean for Advancement. As the chief advancement officer reporting to the Dean of RBS and the Associate Vice Chancellor for Development for Strategic Initiatives, Rutgers-Newark, the Associate Dean for Advancement will begin their tenure during an exciting period as RBS positions itself for philanthropic growth in conjunction with a multi-billion university-wide comprehensive fundraising campaign.
