Job Description
Overview:
The associate dean of students will assist in providing strategic leadership and overall management to the student life division. Reporting to the associate vice president and dean of students, the associate dean will lead and manage key student engagement and acts as the liaison to the student government association. The associate dean is also the chief conduct officer and is responsible for overseeing Title IX compliance involving students as the deputy Title IX Coordinator. The associate dean is responsible for partnering across the Salem State University community and provides oversight to the creation of student experiences that engages the holistic approach of curricular and co-curricular opportunities for student success.
