Position Function: Provide academic support, advising, and general support coordination for all student athletes.

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited institution by date of employment. At least one year of experience in the field of education or related area. Superior interpersonal and organizational skills, strong ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, proficiency with MS Software, and ability and drive to learn other software. Must be flexible in regard to schedule with possible nights and weekends required.

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in monitoring and arranging support for a diverse student population. Experience working with at-risk students at the collegiate level, preferably in an intercollegiate athletics environment. Experience in academic mentoring and developmental education. Experience with assessment of academic preparedness. Experience with NCAA continuing eligibility. Counseling skills and knowledge of learning styles. Knowledge of Banner, Degreeworks, and/or GradesFirst.
