The School of Art invites applications for a non-tenure‐track Assistant Teaching Professor position in Graphic Arts Management beginning in August 2023.

Position Function:
- The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in the Graphic Arts Management program, in the areas of packaging, variable data printing, and cross media communication.
- The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to and participate in the life and development of the department, advise students, serve on committees, and participate in the broader university and disciplinary communities.
- Other teaching duties based on programmatic need and the expertise of the faculty hired individual may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in graphic arts, graphic communications, packaging, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Evidence of teaching potential.
- Expertise in packaging, variable data printing, and cross media communication.
- Expertise with Adobe applications.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in graphic arts, graphic communications, packaging, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Documented teaching experience at the college or university level beyond graduate assistantships.

Pay range minimum for this position: $50,000
