Secretary of the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs

The College of Health invites applications for a Secretary to the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs. This position performs administrative support for the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs; manages and maintains the calendar; arranges conference(s); preparing reports, filing, and facilitation; develop and maintain ongoing relationships with faculty and staff in the College and across the university. This position works closely with the Office Manager and other team members in the Dean’s Office.

Minimum qualifications: Eighteen months of education or training beyond high school or equivalent. One through three years of related experience; excellent communication skills; working knowledge of word processing software. Exhibit strong customer service skills; ability to project a professional demeanor and appearance in all situations.

Preferred qualifications: Associate’s degree in secretarial technology or related field. Working knowledge of database and spreadsheet software.
