Job Description

The College of Health invites applications for a Schedule Specialist. The position will maintain accurate course, room schedule, and faculty workload data in Banner. Serve as the college’s primary internal and university contact for all issues related to schedule and faculty load data. Coordinate and maintain data in Faculty Load and Compensation (FLAC) system. This position works closely with the Office Manager and other team members in the Dean’s Office.

Minimum qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent. At least one year of office administrative, secretarial, or related experience. Excellent communication skills; working knowledge of word processing & database management software; including common skillsets with Microsoft Office product and database management training.

Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, some experience using Banner and R25; familiarity with Degree Works familiarity with academic procedures and college calendars; strong communication skills; ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
