Program Coordinator

Position Description
Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program.

Major/Essential Functions

  • Coordinates the planning and execution of research-related activities in the College of Architecture.
  • Manages schedule and travel for the Associate Dean for Research.
  • Responsible for related data collection and reporting.
  • Disseminates information to faculty about grant processes and opportunities.
  • Liaises with the TTU Office of Vice President for Research.
  • Attends meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
High school plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience working in a higher education institution.
  • Experience with research development.
