Educational Requirements for the Position

Bachelor’s degree in related field. Five years of experience in a related field. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.

Nature & Purpose of Position

Plans, organizes, and directs the day-to-day operations of the Enrollment Success Engagement team. Performs highly complex managerial work providing direction and guidance in strategic operations and planning in the department, college, or division.

Primary Responsibilities

Implements and operationalizes a unified approach to engagement that will serve the full lifecycle of engagement needs beginning with prospective students. Requires the ability to foster relationships across the university and the business and technical skills to implement and grow the use of unified engagement tools. Develops goals and objectives for the Enrollment Success Engagement team. Establishes, implements, and enforces team policies and procedures. Directs and oversees the work of the team in fulfillment of program activities. Oversees schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving goals. Develops and implements techniques for evaluating program activities focusing on continuous process improvement. Oversees the preparation of management and productivity reports and studies. Develops, implements, and evaluates policies and procedures and oversees compliance with policies and procedures. Identifies areas of needed change and makes recommendations to improve operations. Develops and reviews budget expenditures. Makes decisions independently under the authority of Enrollment Success leadership. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Other Specifications

Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws. Ability to manage business functions.

Up to 20% of this position, over the fiscal year during off-peak periods, may be performed remotely as determined by the supervisor.

This position may be designated as a Campus Security Authority (CSA).
