Executive Assistant: Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Vice President for Advancement and Marketing (AVP -A&M), the Executive Assistant will support the work of the A&M Division and HACU organization by providing quality administrative management and assistance, and by taking initiative to enhance the programs, process and services provided. The executive Assistant is tasked with organizing, scheduling, and serving as a primary point of contact for the Advancement and Marketing Division. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for the Division, either in person or by telephone, email, or regular mail from internal and external constituents. Assists with the budget preparation and expenditure tracking reports for the five departments within the Division. Processes payments for vendors, purchases and services associated with the Division. Performs clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents. Organize and maintain documents associated with the operation and management of the Division. Must posses high attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects at once and deal with competing priorities from multiple sources. Relevant work experience demonstrating strong organizational and people skills. Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years’ experience; or Associates degree plus 4 years’ experience. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. (Located in San Antonio, TX)
