This position will provide executive secretarial, administrative, accounting, and support for the Vice President of Operations and Controller.

Minimum qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent in business administration or related field. Over three through five years of experience in office administration, supporting of senior leadership, and general ledger accounting. Competency with general ledger accounting and accounting software; fluency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; excellent written and oral communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Over five through eight years of experience in office administration, supporting senior leadership, and general ledger accounting.
