Job Summary
Under general direction, this position oversees the coupon code process and cashless permit processing. Provides administrative support for departments utilizing coupon codes. Acts as the primary liaison with the campus community for guest parking. Provides regular coordination and guidance with the campus parking cross-functional team that includes Parking Administration, Cashiers, Financial Management Information Systems (FMIS), Events and Enforcement regarding permit details and communications. Manages the master permit grid and the annual communication plan and communication activities. Covers the Visitor Information Center (VIC) as a backup.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates the campus-wide guest permit process and acts as the primary liaison for the campus community for guest parking, coupon codes and maintenance. Processes coupon codes and virtual permits requested for various departments and off campus constituents. Serves as a back up to staff at the Visitor Information Center.
- Oversees the details and updates to all campus-wide permit types for the master permit grid.
- Coordinates and maintain mass communications including but not limited to permits, coupon codes and other parking related topics.
Understand multiple complex systems/programs including but not limited to Various Coupon Codes, T2 live production and non-production, DocuSign parking related forms, PeopleSoft, Digital Iris, etc. Excellent customer service skills. Advanced Proficiency in computer operating systems, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook. Experience with automated finance, HR & Parking systems preferred. Excellent interpersonal communications skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels in the campus community. Demonstrated ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets and accurately enter data. Ability to analyze data for trends and provide recommendations for improvements to Operations Manager and Director. The ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community. Ability to follow all university policies, procedures, and guidelines including but not limited to safety, civility, information security, and non-discrimination policies and procedures. Ability to contribute to a positive university experience for each and every student, and assist in achieving the university's commitment to a "vision of excellence."

Compensation
Hiring Range: $3,505 - $3,900 per month commensurate with candidate's experience. Salary placement is determined by the education, qualifications, internal equity, and the hiring department's fiscal resources.
CSU Classification Salary Range: $3,505 - $5,508 per month

Time Base
Full-time temporary position for one (1) year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.
