Summary

This position is located in the Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, in Middletown, Connecticut; Boston, Massachusetts; Portsmouth, New Hampshire; or Buffalo, New York.

Duties

  • Serves as the regional point of contact for all administrative services.
  • Assists with budget planning, preparation, formulation, and execution. Responsible for tracking and reconciling all expenditures.
  • Reviews and approves travel orders and vouchers for compliance with Federal, Departmental, and Agency policies and for funds availability.
  • Serves as a purchasing agent and Property Custodian for the region.
  • Researches administrative regulations and policies and makes recommendations to improve operations.
  • Assists with the development of administrative standard operating procedures.
