Health and Dental Care
100% health and dental insurance coverage for Aims full-time employees, 85% coverage for dependents, and 100% of taxes paid for Colorado Family and Medical Leave insurance (FAMLI).

Professional Development
The Aims Center for Professional Development (CPD) offers career growth opportunities through an online training library and up to $2,000 annually for conferences, certifications, credentialing, seminars, training and more.
Tuition Reimbursement
Aims employees, spouses and dependents can receive $4,000 in tuition reimbursement for classes at Aims for the first year of employment. Tuition from other accredited institutions is also reimbursed after the first year.
Summer Hours, Vacation and Sick Time
Aims full-time employees receive ample paid time off, including: 17 holidays, 12 days of sick leave, 15 days of annual leave, 24 hours of personal leave, and 30 hours of volunteer time per year. During the summer, enjoy 12 Fridays off where you can work 36 hours per week while being paid for 40.
PERA Defined Benefit Pension Plan
Save for your future retirement with a PERA Defined Benefit Plan. Aims employees contribute monthly to this PERA plan, earning interest until retirement. Once retirement eligible, individuals can receive monthly payments for life.
